Century Health Care (CHC): Your health benefits are covered by CHC, a health care administrator who will quickly and accurately process your claims and submit payments to your providers. With a newly improved internal claims tracking system, CHC will process your claims for inpatient services, outpatient exams, lab & x-ray and Rx requests with no deductible! No pre-existing condition limits! And convenient prescription drug coverage.

Eligibility: After a six month wait, all Salon Associates are entitled to this valuable benefit (with the exception of “On-Call” Associates). If you average at least 25 hours per week, this benefit is fully paid by the company.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: The 401(k) plan is available immediately upon hire, to all Associates who are a minimum of 18 years of age. Choose any amount up to 50% of your salary – earn an additional $.33 for every dollar you contribute in a Company Match, up to $1,000 each year! The Company Match will begin after you have worked a minimum of six continuous months of service. Easy pre-tax deductions, full range of investment choices, and convenient access to your funds through the loan option.
